LAGOR s.r.l., a manufacturer of electrical transformer cores based in the province of Asti, Italy, has agreed to enter into a joint venture with Metal One Corporation to ensure the company's continued and further growth.
The Finzi family, which owns Lagor, decided that it was necessary to have a strong partner to support its customers in this new electrification driven by the energy transition, and chose Metal One, which is one of the largest steel trading companies in the world, as a partner.
Lagor managers believe that producing high-performance transformer cores can help reduce CO2 emissions. Having Metal One as a partner, LAGOR will continue to invest to stay at the forefront and support the growth of its domestic and international customers.
